Fiber fill

The Ingeo fiber used for fiberfill nonwovens with natural loft. It has a fluffy, comfort feel and easily returns to its airy, puffy appearance when compressed. It provides your coustomers with the outstanding insulating performance easy care and durability.

Wiper

The Ingeo fiber designed for Spunlace nonwoven applications. It has good fiber to fiber cohesion and skin irritation test approved (FHSA 16 CFR 1500), Cytotoxicity test (MEM ELUTON) and Oeko-Tex Standard 100. The key performance features that distinguish PLA from other : more hydrophilic than PET, lower density than PET, outstanding processability, low flammability and smoke generation, biodegradable, no environmental contamination.

Bicomponent bonding

The Ingeo bonding fiber is a bicomponent fibers with low-melt PLA sheath and PLA core. This fiber has low melting point(130oC/170oC), thermoplastics and self-adhesive properties. Ingeo bonding fibers have a range of melting temperatures and can bind with PLA Ingeo fibers as well as other natural fibers. The performance will not diminish or fade after washings or over time. It provides a bridge between Ingeo fiber or other natural fibers ot make nonwoven 100% natural ingredient.

Textile

This Ingeo fiber can be used in Spun or Cotton & Wool or Tencel blending for ring spinning. The key performance features that distinguish Ingeo fiber from others: more wicking power, good antipilling performance, low flammability and smoke generation, dyeable with dispersion dyes, excellent hand, drape & feel, odor-resistance, unaffected by UV light, lower density than PET, outstanding processability.
